What does a typical project look like?
It depends on the discipline. A logo + brand pack typically takes 1–2 weeks. A marketing site 2–4 weeks. The Startup Launch Pack is 3–4 weeks end-to-end. App builds typically run 4–10 weeks. Retainers are ongoing. Every engagement starts with a free scoping call so we can give you a clear timeline upfront.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed-price for projects after a free initial scoping call. Monthly retainer for ongoing work. We don't bill hourly and we don't do moving-target estimates — every project gets a clear quote upfront.
Do you work remotely or in-person?
Both. Studio is in London, team spans 14 countries. Most engagements are async-first with weekly video syncs. Happy to fly in for kickoffs and key reviews when it makes sense.
Project, retainer, or both?
Most clients start with a project (brand, app, website launch) and convert into a retainer once we're in flight. Some start with retainers from day one. Either works — we shape the engagement to your situation.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before discovery. Happy to sign yours if it's reasonable.
Who owns the work?
You do. 100% of deliverables, source code, brand assets and IP transfer to you on payment. We don't keep rights or charge license fees.
