Discovery
Two weeks. Stakeholder interviews, audience research, competitive landscape, audit of existing brand assets.
Strategy
Two weeks. Positioning, narrative, brand attributes, voice principles. One concise strategy doc the team aligns on.
Identity
Three to four weeks. Logo, type, color, motion, photography, illustration. Three rounds, narrowing to one signed-off direction.
Application
Two weeks. Brand applied to 6–10 hero artifacts: website hero, packaging, deck, social, OOH. Ensures the system actually works.
Documentation
One week. Figma library, brand book, voice guide, asset library. The team should be able to ship without us by the end.

How much does branding cost?
Branding is custom-quoted around what you actually need — anything from a focused logo + brand pack for a side project to a full strategy, identity, naming and voice programme for an established business. We'll send a clear quote after a free scoping call. Or if you want everything (brand + website + Stripe + SEO) bundled, our Startup Launch Pack covers it for £1,500 + VAT.
How long does a rebrand take?
A from-scratch brand programme takes 10–14 weeks. A rebrand of an existing company takes 12–18 weeks (more discovery, more stakeholder management).
Do you do naming?
Yes. Naming is one of the hardest disciplines in brand work and we treat it that way. Strategic name brief, 50–100 candidates, trademark and domain pre-screening, narrowing to a signed-off name typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Will you also build the website / app?
Often, yes. About half our brand clients also commission the resulting website or app. We coordinate seamlessly with our design + dev teams.
Can you work with our existing in-house brand team?
100%. Many clients have a strong in-house team and bring us in for strategy or specific deliverables. We collaborate well — no agency ego.
